Haris Ramzan

Barrister Haaris Ramzan is an Advocate of High Courts with over 20 years of experience. He holds an LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of London, a Bachelor of Computer Science, and a Postgraduate Diploma from City University London. He completed his Bar-at-Law from the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, and currently serves as President of Cross Edge Pakistan.
Haris has worked extensively in areas of Power, Procurement, Health, Regulatory, IP, Energy, Banking, Consumer, IT, ADR and International law besides representing clients at different forums including the superior courts of Pakistan. He has represented Clients including Ministry of Water and Power, WAPDA, NTDCL, FBR, Government of the Punjab P&SHD, Labor Department, PFA, SAPS, PQD and other state-owned entities.
Haris has advised the Government of Pakistan on issues of international law. He has drafted project reports, rendered advisory opinion and participated in several meetings with national and international organisations.
He has assisted the Judge Advocate General of Pakistan Army and Pakistan Air force, the judges of the Supreme Court of Pakistan on diverse areas of law. Mr. Ramzan is a Visiting Lecturer at Foreign Services Academy, National Defense University, Strategic Plans Division-Pak Army, JAG Branch sister forces, ICRC, Civil Services Academy and all the Law Colleges of Lahore.
Haris remained the Director (Research Society of International Law 2007-2011), International Visitor Leadership Program 2010 (United State Department of States). He has authored more than forty articles and regularly appear on TV on matter of law.
